Wicklow (in 1994.Quickly establishing itself as a leading local firm, the business grew to become one of the East Coast’s top property firms, providing a comprehensive range of services throughout the region across the entire property spectrum.
Identifying the opportunity to replicate this success on a larger scale, in 2003 Dooley Auctioneers took the decision to franchise their business model across Ireland. In the period 2003-07, the company successfully franchised seven regional offices, located in Bray, Delgany and Greystones, Co. Wicklow; Dun Laoghaire and Clondalkin, Co. Dublin; Moycullen, Co. Galway; and Athy, Co. Kildare.
With the launch of the company’s Franchise expansion programme, Dooley Auctioneers is currently in the process of rolling out a nationwide network of franchised offices.
